About

I’m Ella Saltmarshe, a writer and strategist. This blog is about the raw materials that inspire me, rather than my work. And mostly I am inspired by people. I work all over and meet a lot of interesting folk along the way: from Pakistani comedians, to New Zealand lawyers, to British designers.  I figured it was time to stop keeping these brilliant people all to myself and so The Introductor was born.

I ask everyone featured the same four questions:

1. What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt over the last year?

2. What’s your burning question of the moment?

3. What’s the most inspiring thing you’ve seen/ heard/ read in the last year?

4. How do you decide on which project to do next?

I reckon that the more we can learn from each other, the easier it will be (whatever your ‘it’ is).

Oh and the name. Mostly I chose it because it sounds like one of Doc Brown’s inventions in Back to the Future.
